Overall, the purchasing process and the product quality were very high! However the wait time and the updates were a little bit disappointing.

I ordered the product for fathers day a month in advance. Luckily my father's birthday is the week after. I understand the delay was inevitable during the Covid-19 epidemic and I am not complaining, however I believe an email alert should have been provided so that customers at least know that the order hasn't been forgotten or sent to the wrong address.

Although if customers order in advance (more than a month) then they should expect a great quality personalised product that their loved ones will enjoy.

Also the packaging was secure and protective. (pictures attached)

Excellent product and excellent gift. My wife loved it. Now when the dogs poop needs to be picked up, I tell her it’s her job to pick it up. Does that work every time, but we loved it.
