Hi there! I am the one who wrote the review ( but had not received the mug). My review was on the poor communication regarding shipping and the extremely long time it took to arrive. I finally received the mug today. It is just as I asked, coloring of dog and name. No complaints with the mug. Its just as pictured on website. Thank-you for accomodating my request for a more accurate color of the dog. It's a gift and I wanted it to be special for the owner. Hopefully if others order the shipping won't be an issue for them. You can delete my previous post and please accept my apology for the 1 star. It was only in response to shipping after numerous go arounds with customer service. I ordered in plenty of time to give as a gift on a specific day. Sadly that didn't work out as planned, but I will still give it to her even though it's late for the occasion.
