I use this for my cremated remains ashes

My Simba passed away on February 15 of this year he was only 6 1/2 years old and I bought this as a keepsake to remember him and keep him close to my heart. The first one did not turn out very good, so I highly recommend zooming in on your pets face. Don’t think you’re gonna get the entire body and when you zoom in and make sure the picture is clear. Trist Zeppeli a customer service representative help me fix that. I appreciate how quickly she got back to me and help me resolved my problem. This may be part of your every day job, but it meant a lot to me. My very first dog I lost when I was 18 and this year, I will be 48 now. I’ve lost my Simba add only 6 1/2 years old. This is never easy, but thank you Trist Zeppeli from the bottom of my heart. The necklace arrived two days after we picked up his ashes.

I highly recommend picking a picture that when you zoom in on your pets face is clear and not blurry. My first one did not turn out very good and I was heartbroken because I lost my Simba on feb 15 . My last dog passed away when I was 18 years old and I did not feel like getting another one until I was almost 42. It came right on time. We were thrilled with the ornament that showed off our fur babies, but my wife was brought to tears with the ornament that memorialized our little Freddy that crossed over the rainbow bridge 6 years ago.💜

I was very disappointed upon receipt as I could not read her name or date and Skyla is a black labradoodle and her picture filled up the space so I could not see her. It looked fine on the review after I finished.
I have complained about this and I did send you a picture of the item via email as your support group suggested. The item is only 3/4" inches wide! The item looked like it should have been for a child and not an adult.
I have ordered two of your plaques previously and was very impresswed.
